Carolina Custom Cookers : is our own brand product, made for us by BQ Grills, in eastern North Carolina. They are unique in the fact that our standard units use a restaurant grade 304 stainless steel grate for the cooking surface, and a smoke fire box.  The gas burners, with a high  pressure adjustable regulator, gives  you control of the temperature, while a small wood & charcoal smoke box give the flavoring of smoke that most people look for in barbecuing. Custom designed trailers are also avalible.  

Meadow Creek : Is becoming one of the leading brand of cookers, smokers and grills in the competition circuit today. Meadow Creek has a wide range of models and styles to choose from. Mixing and matching different units to customize your unique cooking needs can also be done. Wood and charcoal only, or gas and wood, or even gas only, Meadow Creek can make it work for you. Ole Hickory Pits : A commercial line of cooker-smokers, Ole Hickory Pits (OHP) has been a standard in the Barbecue restaurant industry for over 40 years. The newer CTO model has come along in the past few years to also grab the attention of the competition circuit and smaller deli store interests. The larger, rotisserie models are also being mounted on trailers for mobile cooking events like festivals and fairs for the large vending chef.
